Political and Legal Role - Chairman, Committee Member, Lawyer

I currently serve as the Chairman for the Forest Hill Area at the Lewisham Constituency Conservatives Association my Presidents are Rt Hon Liz Truss and Rt Hon Hugh O'Leary who both approved my role as chairman in 2022 alongside this, I am also a Committee Woman at the Conservatives Foreign Commonwealth Council I was elected by Hon. Boris Johnson Hon Secretary on Commonwealth Day in 2025. In addition to this, I am a Member of The Conservatives Women Organisation and a Member of The U.K. Parliament Teacher Network I am also a Member of The APC U.K. I work here as a Parliamentary Candidate and Legal Asst. this together with being a member of the 50:50 Parliament where I stand as a Parliamentary Candidate whilst hoping to gain my seat as an MP with my track record of community development in education and health and social care and with the values of healthcare promotion, education, children in care, legal justice and women in leadership.​

Legal - MP
​
In the past I have contributed to the Croydon Crown and Magistrates court and I have worked with several law firms taking on cases in criminal, immigration, civil, wills, family, divorce and commercial including council or landlord conflict resolution. I hope to add these dual working patterns and training to my current set of skills as a dual head barrister and solicitor advocate and MP in the future and promote my activism values in education empowerment, healthcare reform and legal justice reform putting the people first.
Nursing (Senior Leader) - Community Development

My previous work involves being a long serving healthcare leader and front line COVID-19 nursing associate and COVID-19 teacher with 10 years practical experience as a nursing associate and 5 years experience of leading education for young people and adults and senior advocate for Children in Care, Looked After Children, SEND disabled youths and disabled children and adults, advocator for people who are transgender and LGBTQI+. I further moved onto mastery of nursing and healthcare management and senior leadership in education to work as a junior sister and clinical educator with the passion to help vulnerable people. I am a long serving charity worker in global issues relating to health and social care, education, housing, children in care, single parents and domestic abuse, misuse of police powers and issues in law and government and politics. The work I do as chairman consoles of uniting people of all races, genders and cultural backgrounds and all citizens of the nation and ensuring that they have access to full satisfactory healthcare, housing, education and equal rights in order to gain access to work and live independently as well as being a positive role model to the general society with aspirations to become an MP and Head Barrister and Senior Lecturer in the coming years.

Educating the Community - Senior Leader​​
​
In addition to my political role as chairman; I currently work at Cambridge University Assessment and Press as a Moderator and Examiner; I am in charge of moderating OCR qualifications for schools across United Kingdom I am also in charge of marking and awarding grades for the examinations for OCR alongside this, I work as a head/senior lead lecturer of health and social care at an academy. I have changed the leadership team at the academy ranked 3% nationally I have helped hundreds of students to attain their grades to progress to university this together with my strong links with varying higher educational institutions I have been able to help vulnerable, SEND and ESOL students who come from disadvantage backgrounds to secure places at university. My role involves being the lead of the curriculum for the vocational course it also involves leading other teachers of this course and assessing and moderating their work as well as providing leadership on the whole curriculum as the development manager I refer back to the school principal where I am able to demonstrate the areas for change and the positives and negatives of the curriculum during board meetings. In addition to this, I am a Board Member and PhD Research Assistant at The University of East London where I am involved in the Access Participation Plan (APP) and assisting PhD students at the university. I am also the Adult Community Lead Lecturer at Unity Trust this is a special needs college for students with learning disabilities ages 19+ I work here as the Lead lecturer (Esol & SendCo). I was previously the lead lecturer at the Adult Education College in Bromley where I lead the Health and Social Care course to adult learners from all different backgrounds ages 19+ (Esol & SendCo) prior to moving onto headship.
I hope to progress onto becoming an associate headteacher or vice principal and clinical educator on completion of my National Professional Senior Leadership (NPQSL) which I will move onto the National Professional Headship Qualification (NPQH) at The University College London (UCL) upon completion of (NPQSL) marking grand contributions in shaping and leading the future which are the children and young people this altogether with claiming the values of my ultimate career as an MP and Barr in association with the Chancery Bar.​

Business Ventures
​
In addition to my current practice as chairman, legal person and lecturer; I own several companies and one of which I have developed is my own charitable legal institute where I am the CEO and founder this is called MyVulnerability Limited this is a foundation which focuses on legal issues in society it is an upcoming private firm and recruitment firm for legal professionals to give free representation in areas such as misuse of police powers, civil, crime, domestic abuse, protection of children in care, regaining justice and immigration. This is where I will play a big role in ensuring people in society meet the needs of all peoples that fall under The Equality Act 2010 and Human Rights Act 1998, this is a voluntary service for the vulnerable where I hope to support the racially victimised, children in care, homeless people, women suffering from domestic abuse, sexual exploitation or sexual abuse and migrants to lawfully gain citizenship, accommodation and care, education and employment through my sister company City of Westminster London Private Educationals Limited and Harley Street Care Limited this allows the public to have their needs met while their legal matters are being assessed without the need for upfront fees which their vulnerability may not allow them to source because I believe this should come naturally in society and that is the change I wish to make in the political and legislative system.

I am also the CEO and founder of MrandMsYoungBlackAfricaInt'l Limited this is a global charity and beauty pageant aimed at those living in Africa the aim of the pageant is to make the less privileged feel beautiful inside and out and give the poor across the world the voice and a new space where they will be invited to the U.K. to compete during this they are granted a business management certificate within this pageant and the highest scorers during the exam and the pageant finals will win a cash prize to set up a business of their own in their own country, those who do not win will have the opportunity to find work in their home country. This was founded following my takings as a Former Top Model and Britains Next Top Model two times Contestant and Beauty Queen finalist at Miss Africa where I was able to appreciate beauty of others and beauty in myself. Though I could not take part in Britains Next Top Model contest due to my work demands, I have hopes of returning to pageantry work by entering for Miss World to represent my country in the future, I also wish to go into music and acting as this forms part of my personal attributes. My work within the arts lead to my Certificate of Achievement in the Arts awarded by Councillor Jackie Smith Cabinet Member Children and Young People in 2013.
The beauty pageant is linked to a beauty therapy establishment also founded by me named Luxelondon.shop Limited where I empower and make people feel beautiful in their own way and I also educate prospect learners and I also work within digital marketing and making in my own magazine and digital television establishment Fismagazine Limited and Beingladypr Limited.

Future Prospects for Community Development

I have several other future prospects including land and real estate agencies which will govern to assist with building more social housing, care homes, hospitals and social care institutions across the United Kingdom and with hopes of spreading this business idea to Nigeria and the United States of America and building schools for all ages in Nigeria, The United kingdom and The United States of America and furthering on to pursuing a Bank of Africa to compliment my ventures to aiding the poor by using profits from my establishments to fund issues relating to social change and then extending my British political career across Nigeria and America. ​
