Access to private education for all members of the public by funding private educational institutions making available student loans which will encourage better grades and access to private tuition costs for home studies or small classroom studies for the less privileged such as the homeless, children in care, young people who are gang-affiliated, prisoners and single parent households or those living with a disability by way of online studies or home tuition to allow inclusion of education for all members of the public in hopes of improving opportunities for work and keeping gangs and the homeless off the streets and in employment.
